If this is your first time I understand that you may be nervous. It’s best to get the formalities out of the way so that we can get to know each other. If we are meeting privately please hand the fee to me in an envelope at the beginning of our time together. If we are meeting in a restaurant or in public and you are concerned about discretion you can hand me an envelope as a ‘birthday card’.

Visiting you in your hotel is my preference however if you’d like to visit me I’m happy to arrange this for an additional fee of €50-70
